If we tried to deliver a consignment to your address but nobody was there to receive it, use the form below to indicate what action you'd like Manx Independent Carriers to take in regard to the re-delivery of your consignment.

Please note no redelivery is available Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank holidays. You can however collect from the depot on Saturday morning's.

When collecting from the depot:

  • please check the date the card was left. If the card was left today please call 01624 692100 and check that your package is ready for collection.
  • photographic ID will be required.
