Donation to Hospice

30th June, 2014

Members of Douglas Golf club recently travelled to the UK for a weekend of friendly competition. Manx Independent Carriers were pleased to provide the loan of a van to transport their golf clubs and baggage.  All costs were waived and the golfers decided that they would make a donation to a charity of their choice. It was decided that Hospice would be the recipient and a cheque for £200 was duly handed over.  Pictured (left to right) are John Quaye, Chairman of Manx Independent Carriers, Jackie Raleigh and Siobhan Ellison of Hospice Isle of Man and MIC Employee, Peter Musson representing  Douglas Golf Club.
