Road opening eases Douglas congestion.

DUE to better than expected progress of the demolition of the Mannin Hotel, Douglas, Broadway will re-opened 1 week early on Saturday 3rd November.
The next phase of the work, expected to last 12 months, the road will be open but with narrow lanes and there will be pedestrian access on both sides.
