Isle of Man Inflation April 2009
The annual rate of inflation as measured by the Retail Prices Index increased slightly to 0.7% in April, from 0.5% in the previous month. Amongst the items to increase during the month were motoring costs (including petrol) and some airfares. The rate of inflation excluding housing costs rose to 4.0% in April from 3.2% in March. The rate of inflation shown by the Consumer Price Index rose to 2.8% in April from 2.3% in March
