Ben my Chree due for biennial inspection.
13th January, 2012
The IOM Steam Packet RO-Pax vessel Ben My Chree is due to go into dry dock in April this year for her statutory inspection and overhaul which is expected to take about three weeks.
During this time, passenger services will be provided by the fastcraft Mannannan and freight services by either the MS Hildasay or MS Helliar currently owned by Northlink Ferries.
The MS Helliar is no stranger to the route having provided relief services when on charter in April 2008. At the time she was named Triumph.
