The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company is the oldest continuously operating passenger shipping company in the world, celebrating its 180th anniversary in 2010.

Isle of Man Airport (IATA: IOM, ICAO: EGNS), also known as Ronaldsway Airport is the main civilian airport on the Isle of Man.
It is located in the south of the island at Ronaldsway near Castletown, 6 NM (11 km; 6.9 mi) southwest of Douglas, the island's capital. Along with the Isle of Man Sea Terminal, it is one of the two main gateways to the island. The airport has scheduled services to the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Manx Radio (Manx: Radio Vannin) is the national commercial radio station for the Isle of Man
The station began broadcasting on 29 June 1964, almost ten years before commercial radio was licensed in the United Kingdom.
